Digital Fabric Printing

Digital Fabric Printing, a standard approach to save fabric, chemical, ink, energy and water wastage comparing to conventional traditional printing by Rotary and Screen printing. At TIM, we offer custom printing fabric through Reactive, Pigment and Sublimation Printing.

  • Reactive Printing – We are equipped with latest pre and post machineries in automation that need less water and low energy for high efficiency in fabric treatment required for reactive printing. The water recycle through Effluent treatment is the key behind sustainability in printing through Reactive inks with TIM. Reactive printing on natural or natural blend fabrics results in super bright colors which is need for Fashion and Home Décor industry. The Reactive EPSON inks are Eco-Passport certified (OEKO-TEX & GOTS) at TIM.
  • Pigment Printing – Pigment printing process consumes almost no water and considered eco-friendly digital printing process. The Pigment printing on Natural and Synthetic or blends that are often used in Home Décor and Interiors. This is water conservative fabric print process. The Pigment EPSON inks are Eco-Passport certified (OEKO-TEX & GOTS) at TIM.
  • Dye-Sublimation Printing – Sublimation printing is used for printing Polyesters. The transfer paper is printed and transfer to the Polyester fabric through heat and pressure. The Dye-Sublimation inks are OEKO-TEX certified at TIM.

All chemicals and colorants used for printing your fabric are eco-friendly and OEKO-TEX, REACH and GOTS certified. The chemicals are used for pre-treatment and post-treatment of fabrics to provide good color fastness and strength to colors which is basic requirement for any printed textile in the world.

TIM offers eco-friendly Organic fabrics consider to be the safe environment friendly fabrics. Organic fabrics are produced naturally and made of Cotton grown with no use of toxic chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides. Other fabrics like Ahimsa Silk, Corn, Milk, Soya, Banana, Lotus and many more fabrics that are made from eco-friendly procedures and sustainable procedures.

Recycle Approach

The rejected and faulty fabrics that we get in returns are used to make products like sofa stuffing, pillow stuffing, toys to reuse those waste fabrics for some purpose including donation to Orphanage and Old age homes. The approach is again sustainable to help environment by no wasting and no dumping.
